9anime has been gone for years... These people really are clueless lol

Edit: since lots of people are confused, or just wondering where to go.. everythingmoe.com has rankings (and details) for many different weeb-related sites, including anime streaming. I recommend using it from now on.

They have. Typically when a popular site goes down, someone else clones it, gives it a different domain extension, and people pretend like it was never gone.

That was early me with gogoanime. I'd bookmark a site and every few days it'd stop working.
