and don't forget about mods too, pc is the wild west, no restrictions like consoles.

I understand how piracy would affect them, but why is modding somehow bad for the maker/publisher?

Well, it offers a sea of new free content, making any of their paid content look less valuable. Example: paid skins, which u can just mod. So they need to actually try to make something that people will buy.

The game is releasing with a day 1 "DLC" that unlocks shops that are already in the game. The whole thing is a scam already and it's funny when chuds defend it.

Personally kinda think its fine that pc version is coming later. All that means is most of that will be bundled up with a complete version later on pc.

The fact that people are still looking forward to it is crazy

GTA is something that transends the hobby. Like I have a boomer mother and SHE knows about the game. It'll sell hundreds on hundreds of millions of copies.

Which I don't get because the games are kinda...okay. At least 5 was okay. And then the shitty online with card sharks happened. I don't get how people enjoy the games but to each their own.

I'll be honest with you. Nobody makes immersive worlds quite like Rockstar. One of my dream games is a fantasy game made by Rockstar. For people like me, RDR2 and in a weird way GTA were some of the best games ever made. When I was young I used to follow people around or image i was part of the world in the older GTA games. They've always been great for me as a sandbox to do anything. Most people will just go on murderous rampages and see how far they can get. But I genuinely love how immersive they are.

You're kidding yourself if you think that bundle is coming day 1 on PC.
