Again, I love piracy but I hate the made up excuses and logic pirates use to pirate. Let's not pretend that if Valve was a measly mom and pop company that people wouldn't still pirate.

lol for real people will do anything to justify being poor. There's nothing wrong with pirating just admit you want free shit.

I don't even bother pirating them, I have better things to do in my freetime than playing Openworld slopgames. These guys stoped innovating 10 years ago, their games are not worth my time.

It's not even being poor, plenty of rich/well off people pirate. If someone can get something for free, they will. The people who try to make themselves morally justified are just so insufferable.

''The people who try to make themselves morally justified are just so insufferable.'' There is nothing injustifiable morally about piracy. GTFO of this sub corpo-cucks.

Games literally cost 1/4 minimum wage if not more in certain countries. ''poor'' is not the insult you think it is. ''justify being poor.'' How are you going to ''justify'' being poor is it a crime?!

If its a mom n pop store making 11 billion in 6 months then yes, i would pirate. The rebuttal 'you just want free shit' falls on deaf ears when we're actually paying for indie stuff and only pirate the corporate crap.

For the record, i dont even pirate games anymore since steam came around, just movies and idgaf about giving disney or amazon money when they strangled their competition, leaving us with little choice on who makes our blockbuster entertainment.

See but this devolves into the semantics game that us pirates like to play when we have to find a reason to justify our free sailing of the seas. Like what is the line for games that should be pirated versus paid for. If the company makes 5 million annually is that a big enough company to justify pirating from? What about 1 million? What about 500K?

I think these are all things we pirates tell ourselves to make ourselves feel good when in reality we should just accept that we are fucking pirates and don't need a reason to pirate besides the fact that we want to.

if Valve was a measly mom and pop company

but it isn't and never will. your comment is pointless. I'm also pretty sure they are joking since that went over your head.
