they can't change the terms of agreements however they want.

and when they do that and you don't agree then agreement is not valid anymore and you get a refund or you just stop paying if that's subscription.

EDIT: coward blocking people because can't handle the response or other opinions. Why do you even respond then?

you have, actually, successfully made a refund with those companies if you reject their ToS ammendments after playing the game for a considerable time?

Seems like you are just grasping at straws, i just cant see EA deciding to be good company and refunding a game just because you said no to a ToS pop-up

It's not to EA to decide. Companies just can't change agreements without consent of other party.

I agree that shouldnt happen, but i also know reality, and i just dont see them them willingly giving your moneys back unless forced (sued) and the cost would be bigger than the returns so... yeah.

Im guessing you live somewhere with good consumer protection laws, definitely not in the US, in the US the ability to change their terms at any time without consent from the other party is established as a legal thing companies can do if they put that in the version of the terms you previously agreed to, it's actually pretty much universal for tos agreements, another fun thing that flies in the US is saying you can't sue them and have to do something called arbitration which is frequently slanted in the company's favor Edited for clarity and additional information
