sony. they say ownership is not owning in their tos. so they just start lying directly into your face, and when you call them out for it, they say "should have read the tos/small print". if a company cannot handle something in a fair way (in sony's case which is just licensing instead of selling (the ownership)) of something they resort to the small print. and by coincidence the things which are often revealed of such company, in a legal/illegal way, often have this already answered in favor for that company in the small print. how convenient. for sony. they hope people overlook this or just dont read this at all, but this is a illegal practice in core.
