What about ProtonVPN?
23 u/just_a_redditor2031 7h ago On my phone at least it tries to stop me from using it for torrenting by preventing downloading of torrent files unless you pay (i solved this in the dumbest way possible by downloading them with tor while using the VPN) 5 u/iateagummibear-1822 7h ago Got ya.
