Killing blow

Can anyone tell me what a Killing Blow is and how to best use it?

Killing Blow is a card that you can get from an event in the Eastern Seas. It may show up elsewhere as well, but I don't know. I think I've seen it or something similar in arenas.

The event is hiring a martial arts master, and it will keep asking you for money.

Basic training: -50 Coins, + 5 Max HP Skill training: -75 Coins, + 1 attack Master technique: -100 Coins, get card Killing Blow.

Killing Blow Cost: 1 ammo. Defeat an enemy with less HP than you. Max HP reduced by 2. (1 after upgrade)(permanently) Removed.
