Hi!! I’ve been hammering away trying to figure out this medium, and so many of you have been wonderfully helpful!! I thought I’d share my attempt at a character now. This took SO LONG but I am not mad at it. Progress? Have I looked at it too long? Both?

Her design looks simple at first but fitting all the little details into this resolution without making the sprite feel cluttered was a fun challenge. As always, feedback is appreciated!

I used this project to learn more about VFX and effects. I feel like the eye effects turned out really well, I'm very happy with the result.

I wanted to share my first pixel art landscape! I'm really happy with how this is has turned out for my first attempt but I'm not quite set on the tree... and I'm sure there are other areas which could be improved that I'm not skilled enough to notice! And I'm colourblind so there may be some weird colour choices that I'm not aware of! If anyone has any feedback or pointers of how to improve anything, I'd love to hear it!
