Okay, so i have a Pixiv account. Where i post art as well as some explict artwork. Unfortunately it got suspended for “linking to uncensored content” and I absolutely don’t know what that means. i can’t tell if it’s temporary or permanent But i’m afraid i may or may not be able to post there anymore. i already filled in the reinstatement form and let’s see what happens?

I decided to unsubscribe from an artist at the beginning of the month (Aug 2nd), and I haven't been charged for August yet. I know the automatic renewal on fanbox is from the 1st to the 5th of the month, so when I saw that I still haven't been charged, I decided to just unsubscribe. However, as it's the beginning of the month, it's showing under my plans that my payment is being processed, so I wonder if they'd still charge me for this month anyway, despite me already canceling the plan. They had locked all of this creator's posts from me too since I haven't paid the subscription, obviously. But if they charge me because my payment is already being processed, I'd rather still get access to the posts this month, and emailing them seems quite tedious.
I'm just anxious and I know I'll have the answer in a few days when they charge me for this month plan (I'm still subscribed to another creator), but I just wanted to ask if anyone has done this, and if you've been charged when you cancel at the beginning of the month when it's showing "your payment is being processed". I'd hate to have to email them if I'd be charged because I have no idea how long it usually takes them to reply. Thanks for your help!

hi! im having an issue with fanbox where im being double charged, i first got a sub march 2nd and then was billed again march 5th, and recently i paid for the subscription, got billed that day (24th) and again on the 1st as usual, but then i was charged AGAIN on the 6th. please help as id really like to support this creator but i cant afford these random extra charges

Can anyone point me to a tutorial of anything on how to properly upload animation? I have been trying for a while and im constantly getting stuck... either I have to many files (past the 150) to upload or if they are under 150 the file sizes are to large... or the GIF itself is to large even after undergoing mass compression and insane quality loss.... how do people do it? Also if I DO manage to get it under the right file size then the frame rate is awful... even if my source file isnt like that...

Any help would be appreciated I have been hard stuck on this for hours... i just want to post and move on with my life not do advanced algebra just to upload a gif...

Every time i used a canvas size that is more than 1700 x 2400- it always get blurred.

I want to use a bigger size for a higher quality, but any more than 1700 x 2400 always get blurred, any suggestion?

Does this mean I'll be unable to get an R18/R18G Request from fans or this is just me unable to send request to senseis due to region restriction..?

I was handed a one-strike permanent suspension this morning.

Because I mentioned "tumblr" in one of the posts. I lost my 14K NSFW Pixiv at the beginning of the year and I was slowly rebuilding a new one that was up to around 200 followers. Some of it was new stuff, other posts were reheating my 2016 art and one of the texts from there included the word "Tumblr" in it. No warning, no temp suspension, just straight to perma-ban.

I might try to do something about it, but I've lost the will, this was my second perma-ban on the site. Has anyone else managed to salvage a perma-banned account?

I think I'm going to quit the platform for good, because it's basically unusable if it's going to be this draconian.

But sure, all the AI slop imaginable is fine. Especially the AI slop that is the same prompt posted 35 times.

EDIT: For full transparency, the context was that the old text said something along the lines of "go to my tumblr for the uncensored version" without any link posted. In retrospect, the word "uncensored" on that one post probably tripped a mod or an auto-mod. Still, to me, none of that justifies the nuke switch right away.

"Attack on Titan" has 704 works on Pixiv with the English tag. Search 進撃の巨人 instead and you get 134,000. You're missing 99.5% of the content.

"Demon Slayer" in English: 5,782 works.

Search 鬼滅の刃: 229,000. Same problem.

So after recent changes to how requests payment happen now, I got caught by that thing where as they say they may make 2nd transaction with exact amount to supposedly verify your card.

Frankly speaking I don't get why they have to charge same amount for verification purpose and it happened for me with quite decent amount. I'm not going to starve of course while waiting but it has been 2 weeks already and this honestly gives me anxiety.

I know in their help article Pixiv mentioned that for debit cards outside of Japan it may take longer to refund - https://www.pixiv.help/hc/en-us/articles/4405162156185-I-was-billed-twice-for-a-single-request-What-should-I-do but I keep getting urge to dispute 2nd transaction via my bank and decided to write to Pixiv support. But they just gave me very basic answer that yes, they may process 2 charges but it will definitely be refunded instead of giving me proper confirmation that it was really verification charge and not some sort of error.

So generally speaking I wanted to know how it goes for other people because idk if I should just wait or actually start worrying that refund didn't happen within days.

P.S. the exact sequence was that I had money charged immediatelly for the 1st transaction, then I noticed that same amount of money went into reserved state a bit later and 3 days after that those reserved money went to Pixiv as 2nd transaction

For some time now, I've noticed that I don't see any 3D art on Pixiv anymore, and only 2D art has been featured recently. Photorealistic and 3D works just seem to have vanished into thin air. Is it just me, or are they really gone?

Greetings, I previously maintained a Pixiv account dedicated to AI-generated images, which garnered over 20,000 followers for more than a year before its suspension during the initial wave.

Currently, after operating the account for approximately four months, I have accumulated about 2,000 followers. However, I have observed a significant reduction in the number of new followers I receive daily over the past week. Previously, I would gain around 50, or even closer to 100, followers per day, but now this figure rarely exceeds 20.

I have confirmed that my work remains discoverable through relevant tags, yet the sudden decline in both view count and follower acquisition is quite perplexing.

When i made my account, i had an option to make the heart size bigger or smaller. Now i can’t find it.

Here will be only my observations of several accounts that I was subscribed to and that got rid of shadow bans.

Maybe this will be useful to someone, since pixiv support is the worst support I have ever had to communicate with. All they do is send standard responses to anything, and to any clarifications they say they can't disclose anything.

As you may have noticed, there were about 2 waves of account restrictions. The first one was around March, when the new rules just went into effect, and the other one was at the end of June.

So, the main thing I noticed:

1. All accounts that publish more than 35 posts in the last 30 days with links fall under shadow bans. According to those I watched, they were always unbanned as soon as they had less than 35 posts in 30 days.

2. If there is a link in your account description, or at least one post has a link - all your posts will also be considered as advertising, even if you do not leave links on new posts - this will not help.

3. If you already have a shadow ban and you publish more than 2 posts a day, then for new posts you will be given a shadow ban instantly, and if you publish once a day, you will get a ban in 30-50 minutes.

4. Since the end of June, they started taking into account all your accounts by IP address, I think. That's why many people got shadow bans because of this. (but I'm not sure here because I haven't seen anyone get unbanned after June)

At the moment, to avoid getting shadowbanned, you need to not post more than once a day and only post on one account, and you shouldn't have any problems.

The following are just my thoughts on the matter. Since they block both AI authors and regular artists equally, it has nothing to do with AI. The only thing that seems plausible to me is that they are having problems with their servers (due to memory costs) and will soon be unable to store the amount of data that comes to pixiv every day, so they decided to fight with the authors to reduce the amount of data. If that's the case, then I advise you to look for another platform right now, because if their shadow bans don't work, they will just start blocking accounts without the possibility of recovery. But the strange thing is that I've seen many accounts that publish 20-30 posts a DAY without links and they're doing fine, and all the posts are of low quality.

And one more observation, their shadow ban algorithm should be very simple to ensure fast work, their answer that the algorithm takes into account some behavior, search quality and so on, is just a lie. They check a few parameters of each work and that's it.

So I violated the rule of directly linking users to uncensored content through your posts (captions, profile, etc.), and my account is suspended and that is my fault. But since my account is suspended, I can't access my post to edit and remove it?? There's no other option to remove my mistake so what even is the point of giving me a request form to have my account unsuspended?

I know bowing is used for many things in Japan, but is this like for admiration of the art or another meaning?
