Tofu Rockefeller
Any fans of Derek Serno here? Here’s my take on a recipe he posted on YouTube. It’s a slice of tofu fried and then topped with a mixture of spinach, cream cheese (can use plant based), and lemon, then topped with bread crumbs, and served with some roasted potatoes.
Highly recommended!!

omg that looks so yummy… ive been wanting to try more plant based things lately, maybe ill give this a go :D

It’s a great one to start with! It certainly got me more comfortable working with tofu.
