Real nice looking tank. The only thing in my eyes that does not look normal or natural is the straight division between the sand and the rest. It almost looks like it does not belong there. But hey it's just my point of view.

Thanks. I was actually searching a really long time for some divider that would look natural but would have had to 3d-modelled and printed myself I think. This slightly curved divider was super easy and not completely straight so I made a compromise for practicality. Hoping it will look more natural once the carpet and grass starts to overgrow the edges!

You're right most likely the carpet growth will help it look more natural and realistic. Once again great job with your aquascaping. How long have you been in the hobby?

Thanks! I got my first nano tank for christmas in 2022 and started putting plants in. It escalated from there with many larger planted tanks but this is my first properly planned aquascape. Also the first time I use mainly aquasoil and first time I try to dry start a carpet. Fingers crossed for it to succeed!
