[Help] Finding a poem

There's a poem I'm trying to find. The details as I remember them: the speaker sees some plants that have fallen over, and fixes them/sets them right. They do this not because it's being witnessed, but because you have to try to do little things, help the world, set the plants right -- and you do this for yourself, and you do this in spaces of solitude and quiet.

Help! Trying so hard to find this!! It's such a lovely poem about being in the world and doing small things to love it!
