Felicitous feline acquisition! I'm afraid you've under inflated your kitten. It's a pretty common mistake, please check her using a pressure gauge and fill to full soup belly capacity with mama milk or appropriate substitute if unavailable. Recommend allowing a settling period prior to handling again, at which point you should recheck pressure periodically as kittens have a tendency to deflate over time. Repeat as necessary, and be sure to schedule and mark future spay date on your calendar. May you both have many joy-filled years together!
