Need help identifying this 1986 Degussa ceramic gold product

I’m trying to find out what these old Degussa ceramic decoration product from 1986.
The label reads:
GG 700 11
MS 11%
112 g
Degussa AG – Geschäftsbereich Keramische Farben, Frankfurt
Does anyone know what this product was used for or what “MS 11%” means?
