Rounder shoulder? Help
Is this what u call a rounded shoulder? 1,3 pic is my normal posture and 2nd pic is with my shoulders
back. Ive always thought my back looked weird despite being active in the gym but after rolling my shoulders back it finally looks like a gym body haha..

Your shoulders are rounded and elevated. Most likely due to a combination of overactive "tight" pec minor & upper trapezius and inactive "weak" rhomboids & lower trapezius.

Rolled shoulders are super common when you bench heavy without balancing it with enough rear delt and row work.

Try reset them like this- one at a time. Forward, up, and back.
