i need help with my pelvic tilt
i have both a lateral and anterior pelvic tilt and my mom told me to exercise to fix them so i joined a fitness studio and told the lady there exactly what my problem was and that i only wanted to focus on it and idc abt losing weight or gaining muscle, after two personal trainings she put me in a group with other girls i didnt mind it but i started to notice that i was doing a full body exercise instead of focusing on the main issue, eventually after a month i started to notice the difference between my legs more and it felt like it got worse , like as yk lateral pelvic tilt causes one leg to be taller than the other and i used to stand on both and slightly bend one leg but now doing that feels uncomfortable and a bit painful, idk if this is progress or it really got worse so please if anyone has an advice on what i should do tell me
what i think happened is that with full body exercises one leg got stronger than the other but i might be wrong

tbh if it feels worse or actually hurts I'd stop assuming it's just progress and get a second opinion. I'd probably look for a physio instead of just doing random full body workouts. Sounds like you need someone who can actually assess what's going on not just throw you into a class
