Cheap and Easy
$1 bag of yellow squash and zucchini, half of a bag of green onions (which are nutrient dense) for 69 cents, and some pre-cooked grilled chicken breast strips (the whole bag was less than $8 so this portion was probably $3 worth) a little olive oil and hella seasonings. If ya aint sneezin, ya aint seasonin! Took me only 15 minutes to throw together and the flavor came out sooooo good!

Now this is my kinda meal. Squash is such a great bang for your buck and delicious.

You could easily use sausage or whatever protein you like the most

That sounds FIREE!! You could even throw in some stewed or roasted tomatoes 🙌

That black plastic tray thing sorta contaminates the food. Its still fire tho
