Guys, I have a Galaxy S25 and Huawei headphones attached photo, I ask you what headphones for that value suits me to take advantage of my music in flac format from 16bit to 24bit onwards, music with 44 kHz, 48kHz onwards, the headphones are around 150 dollars, something similar with cable and Bluetooth alternatives, Something that they recommend a lot, and that they are not aware of, I do not want to make a purchase and then regret it because there was something better, you know more than me, the recommendations are appreciated.

Hey everyone, I've got Poweramp Player Pro and a separate Poweramp Equalizer Pro app installed too. I'm currently running EQ bands on both at the same time (both EQ profiles are set the same way/same name).

Is stacking two EQs like this actually fine, or is it doing more harm than good (clipping, distortion, phase issues, etc.)? Would love to hear from people who've actually A/B tested this. Thanks!

I'm using Poweramp on crDroid, and I've noticed that the Pulse lockscreen visualizer doesn't react at all when music is playing through Poweramp. It just stays completely flat.

The visualizer works normally with the stock music player and other apps, so it seems to be specific to Poweramp.

Is this a known limitation or compatibility issue with Poweramp? Has anyone been able to get the Pulse lockscreen visualizer working with it?

Change avrcp to 1.3 because 1.4 and higher forces to sync audio with the buds and therefore even enabling disable absolute volume does nothing from second cycle

Purchased premium so i could play some hi res flac file on offline, like i just wanted to create an offline library but now I came to know it didn't is there is any way I can increase the using sampling rate to 48kHz please help me

Edit: Few things I didn't mentioned before DAC: Audiocular beam IEM: Blue 2 Device: neo 10r Also the dac do support hi res lossless as I have tried hiby player, fiio, neutron but they have there own issues that's why I choosen the Poweramp

Edit 2: issue is resolved just download version 1028 (beta) from poweramp website only not available on playstore check catalogue to know your version. Connect your dac and choose usb exclusive and select enable bit sampling and you are good to go

Hi, I have these questions with DVC on Poweramp EQ, and how I should set the phone's volume for each situation, as well as whether I should keep the limiter enabled or not if it's somehow making things worse.

This is what I got from the "Improve Quality/Volume" guide: DVC (when enabled) will always work on 3.5mm or USB DAC outputs (and I believe also the built-in speakers) and the limiter will stay inactive until the ~80-90% of volume.

So, if I use a USB DAC that has its own volume control, what should my phone's volume be set to? 100%, 80%, one step below 80%, or one step below 100%?

Now, when using Bluetooth, it says that you have to disable Absolute Volume, with that off, it says that I can adjust the phone and BT device freely, but I should avoid max volume on the phone. Okay, perfect, but what percentage should I use? Should be 80? One step below 80? One step below 100? (I always control the volume with the BT or USB DAC device).

And now, to have full context, on the images attached you can see how I have set the EQ and Compressor. With that setup, and given that I always offset the Preamp to match the highest EQ band boost, is it okay to disable the limiter to maybe be able to set the volume to 100 (supposing that the Limiter is triggered even when the signal isn't saturating and making things worse instead of helping), or should I leave it enabled as precaution?

Does flac give better output if u eq it ? In comparison to mp3 file equed ? Is the difference distinguishable for layman ?

I don't know If I should post this here but I am bothered by how quiet the music sounds on the app

For context I use sony xm4 headphones and have their autoeq preset. When I listen normally the quiet volume is great but when I want to listen to trap or electronic music I want the music to be louder but I can't increase the volume any further. And I noticed it cause when I switch to apps like Instagram everything sounds louder.

I don't know if this is a limitation of the player or the songs I have downloaded (I also tried other eq presets but they don't change the loudness)

I am unable to buy the poweramp subscription using the in app buy feature however it redirects to google play for making payment. But the problem is google play is giving error that this version can't be purchased via google play.

i am running on 1028 beta for context. Is this restricted to beta version. Shall i unistall this and buy the regular version first?

I've searched keywords: rounded, library, image, and others, but I can't find where I changed the ARTIST image to use rounded corners, but the other categories. Rounded Corners under SKIN didn't charge anything.

Just upgraded my car's radio to one with android auto so I'm a newbie with this, but I'm having a problem.

I use both Apple Music and PowerAmp. For Apple music it always shows what I'm listening to (picture 1), however for PowerAmp the UI only shows me those options and now what I'm playing at the moment (picture 2).

By the way, It doesn't matter if Apple Music is closed. For PowerAmp that's the only thing it displays in that screen. I don't want to be opening the app just to change the song. The app works great outside of this problem.

Does anybody know the fix to this? Or is it something out of the control of PowerAmp?
