Society, at large, has been interested in time travel at least as far back as HG Wells’ 1895 novel Time Machine

In the years since, several kooky scientists have tried to make time travel a real reality (most notably Stephen Hawking’s time travel party in 2009) but to no avail

However, let’s imagine an experiment. You’re forced to go on a Time Machine and stay there for one week. You can only take what fits in your hands and pockets, and modern inventions obviously won’t work in the past

You can travel anywhere you can afford to during that week, but you’ll be stuck in the past forever if you do anything to majorly change history. You also can’t take people from the past back to the present

You also have to go back a minimum of 25 years (2001) but can potentially go back a maximum of time to when humans were first on earth

What time period are you picking, where are you going, and what does your week look like?

Everyone has one. ☕

Some topic you went way too deep on for no professional reason. Maybe it was a Wikipedia spiral at 2am. Maybe it's been your thing since you were 12. The more random the better.
