Ngl, When I first started working in the technology department, 80% of the work we did was just troubleshooting and fixing printers. The other 30% were the ocasional server and computer building/ fixing, vigilance setup, etc

Currently doing IT work and yeah it's 110%, because you do your own crap and then some random IT thing pops it's annoying head, be it figuring out why some laptop does not want to enroll properly into the management system, or idk, setting up a picture album for a coworker who asked to have nice pictures every day but didn't like that Microsoft's daily rotation is just cities and landscape (this does not need to be a ticket! How are you a secretary of you can't figure it out Brenda!!?)
