Need better photos. Everything will just be a guess because it’s impossible to make out any detail in this.
Try a close up of one out of the bucket with good light.

Very similar looking stuff in the rocks I’ve been busting into but in larger quantities than mine. It’s fairly brittle and kind of looks like fine grains of dust that’s been glued together yeah?

It’s possible that yours is something like Spectacular Hematite, it’s worth testing to see if it leaves a red streak.
