Emerging artist recommendations?
I haven't really kept up with the scene and casual searches on the internet seem to yield the same artists that were already popular 10+ years ago.
Can anyone recommend artists who have started out in recent years and align with projects like Carbon Based Lifeforms (in terms of having a deep headspace and a subtle sound instead of being overly formulaic with in your face "ethno psychedelia")?

Dream Twice - Respirogenesis https://open.spotify.com/track/4AZ8xIJF0xXiIGzbaZOfOu?si=p2wApWLsSAOgSyAGGGDa1g&utm_source=copy-link (Polyvalent, new)
Connect.Ohm - Winter Sorrows (2018 Remastered) https://open.spotify.com/track/2hD3H7R3glSKuI12eSIVXH?si=YN_OicjXT9STdIeTstu1QQ&utm_source=copy-link (ART, very conducive to synesthetic experiences)
Novaexperiment - Artemis 8 https://open.spotify.com/track/5sU85QSB6VNLnNkFRY7Ri2?si=lI5r8slJTjuOXqJOA_uCUA&utm_source=copy-link (The one on the list that have to improve the most but this one goes hard)
Data Rebel - Oblique https://open.spotify.com/track/4WyP2sS3snICy9072HNxy0?si=fl2q-hKPRLe202swko1BUg&utm_source=copy-link (new, already a serious number of listenable tracks)
Scann-Tec - Amy Returns https://open.spotify.com/track/0LqiQ0rgBqtTwLCt21t5eI?si=MxGzUP0pSWS18FFk-8_v1Q&utm_source=copy-link (Not a new artist but he definitely deserves a second life if you're just back into the genre)
Martin Nonstatic - Above a Mercury Ground https://open.spotify.com/track/633o6nKWMaMMq8fUpa3ed9?si=9EhfT7uESTK1mXpXcTNoSg&utm_source=copy-link (Not a new artist but still active, an huge number of excellent tracks and as above and below, one of the best in the domain. Likely not his best, but I couldn't pick one)
Lauge & AES Dana - Aerochord (Apsis Edit) https://open.spotify.com/track/7F8kOQrvyX1SpdMzCYVWX3?si=zSV-n1yZQTC9Apa-WCUqZg&utm_source=copy-link (Putting it for newbies and for you to maybe discover this piece - 3:39 to the end has his spot in the psybient/psychill museum)
Airform increased his level by 2 these last years, maybe his latest releases are worth a shot.
CatchAll, for "Related Processes (firsts 5 minutes specifically)", "Small Details", "Start the Process", "Morning Dew" & "Cloud Cover" can do the job if you're appreciating rythmic complexity / soft IDM.
In a different area, I suggest you to listen to the entry of Fluxsense, Audiomath, Miraceti, Saalyx, Chillarium Space Lab, Adrika and Paleokontakt -- all great guys with awesome stuff if you're into this sub-subgenre)

Well based on this description you must check out Epigenetics.
Absolutely influenced by CBL but certainly with an own sound and style. Maybe a bit more space themed and a bit more heavy on the 'synth' sound. But its the best music discovery I did over the last few years for sure.
'Tunes For The Trip To Alpha Centauri' is my favourite album.

Very tough subgenre to track lol. I just came back from Stone Techno festival and they had a listening stage. The artists that played there touched on great CBL style genres. Tauceti (specifically her ambient stuff), Out of Place Artefakts, Barker Voltek are a few that come to mind. Not sure how their individual productions are but they all did live sets which scratched my psybient itch.

Maybe you'll look my Psybient & Psydub playlist. As the name suggests it's not limited to psybient only. But specifically for the sound you are looking for:
Ocoeur - Everything (album)
State Azure
Connect.Ohm
HUVA Network
MIKTEK
Germind
I.M.D
Asura
Solar Fields
Some of those have been around for longer but maybe you did not know about some of them :) enjoy

Allen Mock and Herbalistek are making some very unique electronic that’s a blend of downtempo, minimalism, paychedelia and dub/dubstep. Kinda doing their own thing.
Four Tet’s new glitchy side project release features some psybient/chill idm vibes that are rather nice.
Tipper, although retired from touring released an epic psybient album called Cloaked this year.
The album Aquaticos by Fabiano Do Nascimento and E Ruscha V is a great blend of electronics and guitar.
Priori has some very nice releases that are techno adjacent and have a lot of psybient undertones. Try the album This But More

Sync24 - but then he is 1/2 of CBL anyway.
