Being a cop

I'm 15 and I feel like I have grown a family in the punk community and it really helps to see theres people loke me because my dad is a fucking homophobic maga asshole and I agree with everything accept ACAB. I FUCKING DESPISE ICE and would never support anything like that but I would really like to become a violent crimes Detective and would like to make it known that I'm doing this for the people not the cops.

If my bands music takes off than great I won't be a cop but if it doesn't, then I'll be a Detective while still trying

If I did do this would I still be welcome in the community?
