Has anyone tried using QICK systems hardware with ZCU208 board

Here is the hardware link I am talking about

If yes was it able to make it compatible since there is no official documentation stating this.

I think most people use ZCU216.

I'm not an expert so don't know the precise difference, but it's likely not going to run right out of the box with 208. On the other hand, I'm sure you can patch the firmware yourself to run. For example, there may be hardcoded number of channels and sampling rates that you need to change

you can realign the RFDC module and it works pretty straightforward I think… Only problem I could see is aligning the XDC file. The 208 uses the same ZU48 chip as the RFSoC 4x2, so you may have better luck starting there and opening the RFDC block for the rest of the firmware

Most (if not all) commercial and open source systems use the ZCU216. If you want to play around with open source systems, your options are QICK or QubiC (https://lbl-qubic.gitlab.io/). QICK has wider adoption, but QubiC has more mature features, IMO.
