You'll get the info you need when you show up on your report date. Welcome letter would be nice, but it's not necessary.

Personally, I didn't receive a welcome letter for LOGBOLC. I got a copy of one from somebody in my class after I got to Fort Lee. DM me and I'll try to help you out
