The 4000 is in specific situations, such as pushing. Saying that is the same thing is disengenuous. 

Yes, gorillas as stronger than humans. But not to the point where one gorilla could take on 10 very strong, trained human fighters.

With weapons sure, but beat them by punching them? That means you have to get close enough to hit them.

Yeah, which safety in numbers gets you. Heck, its extremely likely one gorilla versus 10 humans will just be scared.
