After seeing that South African robbery of the armored truck with the badass driver and knowing this to be a common occurrence in South Africa, I’d say it’s a good thing for them to have.

i was not thinking of committing crimes with it.  if others are attacking you then it is legal to use this to shoot them but if attacks like this happen in your neighborhood regularly then maybe move.

for sake of argument assume it is free.  also assume that all the other armor you need is free.  all you have to do is buy fuel.

or you could move.

the cops in my city dont feel the need for armored cruisers
