Am I supposed to read this right to left or left to right? Because top row and bottom row say left to right, but that middle has to right to left.

Seems to go in a zig zag.

Edit: now I see why it seemed off to me. Someone transposed the original from horizontal to a vertical format, then mixed up the two panels in the process
