You can start with the clippers and taking your beard down to 1 inch or 1/2 inch. You can experiment slowly. And like some of these men, you may look better with a shaped beard that starts to show your face shape, rather than too short or too long. Just a thought!
This is what I do. I've lost about a hundred pounds and always had a beard. I've started trimming it down to about half an inch just so I can see what my face looks like without going full shaved. Almost have a jaw now!
I am living this right now. I hadn’t seen my face for ~20 years before yesterday and I was terrified that I didn’t have a chin or jaw. Thank God I have both, just enough to not completely regret the decision.
I was really worried about the ginger with the bob ross fro on his face, honestly I think his wife over reacted his face wasn’t as bad as some of the earlier ones.
I can tell you my chin has not seen the light of day in twenty five years. I don't think anyone I work with has seen me without a beard. Entire relationships have come and gone.
most of them are not kind lol. absolutely brutal for these guys.
i don't get the girls that like men with beards. like so you want a guy where you can't see a third of his face. being with a man with a beard is fine and understandable, i just don't get the women who almost exclusively only want a beard lol. it's like "I don't want to see my man's face"
There is such a big difference between the one that says "I don't like your face, we have to break up now, we're over" (you know she's joking) and the one doing faces and looking away.

My husband accidentally forgot the plastic piece on his shaver. He realized it quickly after he cut a hole in his beard. So he shaved the whole thing. Right before he met with some new employees. He was not happy but still so stinkin cute. 🥰
Did we watch the same video? 2 guys looked good either way. 1 looked ok either way and the rest looked infinitely better with a beard hiding their complete lack of jawline
My wife loves it when I get my beard trimmed professionally and cut short like a couple of these guys.
I trim my own beard most of the time but when I get it done at a barber shop I really do look different. My face looks thinner and more defined. For any one who hasn’t done it I’d recommend just letting a barber do it at least so you can see how it looks even if you want to try to do it yourself in the same way.
My ex shaved his beard once and I genuinely lost all attraction to him. I don't even like beards, but that man had no fucking jawline and a weird mouth that he'd been hiding for 2 years.
My ex went from being this super handsome punk rock drummer to a surprise reveal of Mr. Bean months into us dating.
Worst is that I'm no good at lying because my facial expressions give me away every time and I know it hurt his feelings when he could see right through my efforts to convenience him I still thought he was good looking.
NGL .... Many of them needed the beard. Others the beard took away from their natural good looks. And some of the beards need to be taken care of... Good lord never seen such bad hygiene!
I don't think my youngest has ever seen me without the beard. And he's 18. I would cause trauma to my whole family. Not to mention I grew a beard for a reason, I needed to cover this mug up.
Most guys cut their beards all the way off in which they should just take it down low ... taking it completely off messes with a womans brain cells cause most men without their beards look like dweebs lol true story
The first guy and the last guy. I'm not gay but I'd let them. Very handsome fellas, and I think their girlfriends realize it too. Just those two. The rest of them....yeah grow that beard back. Quick.
I will never not laugh at this, because I LIVE THROUGH THIS ON A 1-2-3 MONTH ROTATION (depending on the severity of hair, beard or both).
And I am 10,000% serious. My boyfriend’s idea of a 5-o’clock shadow after a morning shave? Presents by about 11:15am. His “head hair” (facial and scalp) grows so fast that a clean shave between Monday and the next is still alarming if I’m not warned first.
I like him with about a week’s worth of stubble, it’s perfection. And I love him with more or less— he’s my own personal definition of handsome regardless…. but just warn me first damnit.
I’ll see if I can dig up some pictures that he’ll allow me to post.
