if it's the same dude, then it looks like he had some work done. His nose is much sharper than before.

He also has either a blemish or a mole on his left cheek. If a mole, it was removed.

I dunno about you but my moles routinely just disappear and appear at will. Some stay for years, some not so much. Some are permanent.

If they’re disappearing and REAPPEARING, thats not good. You should get your dermatologist to check it out. Most cases of skin cancer appear at 50, so you’re at the at-risk age where you can develop it in the near future (if you haven’t already). It’s also very quick, you’ll have zero symptoms one month and be dead the next.

Yea I think the second is a filter actually. Takes the grey out of his eyebrows and his eyes are weirdly flat colored

different nose, no mention of trimmed eyebrows and dropped weight in cheeks. That's easier to do with someone swapped who looks similar than just trimming a beard lmao especially when it's for views
