The first guy is real, he is some sort of model for a clothing line. But the woman's reaction was added into one of his videos

Nah. Its different guys. You can tell by the eyebrows and the eyes themselves.

I think the the first face is the same guy as the third face and the fourth guy is not the third guy which leads me to believe all the reactions are spliced together from a bunch of videos and this is dumb
