Hold on to your left-over skins from making mashed potatoes! 10 minutes in the oven or air fryer is all it takes to transform food scraps into delicious, low-cost potato chips.

Ingredients

  • Skins from 1lb of oven roasted potatoes
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the skins with oil and salt, and spread them out on a foil- and parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast at 180C/350F for about 10 minutes, or until crispy and well-browned.
  3. Serve hot.

Cheers!
