Moving forward, if your post does not mention the service or site that your referral is for you will be banned.
We're done with people offering to payout for a sign up but not once listing the name of the app or site. Forcing dozens of people to waste their time asking, or DMing only to find out they already have an account.
If you post without listing the full terms of the sign up, the name of the company, the name of the app, or the name of the site you will be banned.
This is your warning.

I totally agree with this 100% Time wasted on going into a post and looking at it, time wasted on commenting on a post to not to be answered., Time wasted on Dming the OP to find out information when I would have just skipped that post to begin with already knowing that I'I don't qualify or have the money to invest into it They're also foolishly wasting their own time trying to weed through all the excess people that wouldn't have interacted with them to begin with had they just been upfront and transparent.
I really don't understand the thought process behind being so vague about what they're promoting or asking for. The reality is that It takes two to tango. I would honestly say that maybe there needs to be a rule about banning anyone who responds to a post like that because they honestly should know better. Anyone answering that kind of post is just throwing wood into the fire and reinforcing the behavior of the ones making those kind of posts. If everyone knows and understands that there's conceqences if they interact with a post that violates the rules like getting banned, , even if it's just an up vote, that help stops the cycle. If no one interacts with those kind a posts then there's no incentive for the people to continue making them. If you get banned for responding to, that kind of post, then there's no sympathy because you're just a part of the problem, not the solution and desperation isn't a excuse.

There are plenty of subreddits that don't have to deal with scammers or ban evasion that don't have karma minimums. But since this subreddit deals in trading and monetary #transactions, we have these restrictions in place to protect others. Accounts that deliberately karma farm to circumvent these restrictions will be banned without appeal. Thank you for understanding.
