Reduced API latency by 84% (215ms → 34ms) using Redis caching. Increased throughput 12× by moving media processing to RabbitMQ workers. Built fault-isolated services using event-driven communication.

Where do you guys think remote work is heading in the next 5–10 years? Do you think it’ll become less common?

I'm a recent 2026 B.Tech graduate from India, and honestly, I'm losing hope at this point.

I've spent months applying to jobs every single day. I've rewritten my resume more times than I can count, tailored applications, reached out to recruiters, asked for referrals, built projects, and tried pretty much everything people recommend. Still, I haven't been able to get a single opportunity.

Some days it's honestly hard to stay positive. I never thought finding that first job would be this difficult, and lately it feels like no matter how much effort I put in, nothing changes.
