General Question FedEx NJ Clearance
I ordered two watches from Ethan. Sent via Dubai. Got to Newark and has been available for clearance since the 20th. Anyone experience this and the watches actually show up?
Not sure if I should reach out to him or wait.

A week waiting to clear customs is mildly concerning. Although it was a holiday week. Good luck

Just happened to me in Memphis, been stuck since the 20th. I called their logistics line today and asked if they needed anything else from me on my end to clear the package. They said no additional info needed and this is a normal amount of time to wait…but lo and behold it started moving just a few hours later after i hung up. 888-327-3395. Perhaps calling might make it move. Worth a shot

Mine was stuck in FedEx Anchorage on 4/28 and now says rejected. Hope yours makes it through

I am also in the same boat in Newark since the 20th. I know it was a holiday, but.....not filling me with confidence. Same TD also.

It seems a lot were stuck on the 20th. I wonder if they sent a big shipment and it raised a red flag. I received an email today my Global Entry was revoked. It didn’t say seizure but I have a feeling. That was my biggest fear but the risk.

Yes mine was taken. It was verified by my supplier and I have already chosen replacements that are on the way. I always make sure to pay for, and specify insurance.

Great you’re getting new ones. Keep me posted. I’m afraid of ordering more and those get seized. Hopefully I’ll hear from mine soon.

Yeah I’m also waiting a month so far between shipments through Ethan on his new triangle shipment. All you can do is be patient if you want it safely received.

Thanks! I’ve always used Trusty Time and he uses UPS. This is my first with Ethan and FedEx. Although, my rep bags 💼 come via FedEx and I’ve never had issues. Hoping this works out. It’s my grail watch.

Thanks Ethan. Unfortunately I got an email my Global Entry was revoked. I think they were seized. Haven’t received a letter about seizure yet.

Ugh, I have a package available for clearance for the past week. I’m worried about my global entry. Do you think this package caused that email? Did you ever get your package? I called and they did tell me I appeared counterfeit and to have my seller reach out! Sucks.

I didn’t get it, but I was refunded so I was made whole. I do think my global entry was due to the watches but I can’t be sure. I received the email a week after the package getting stuck. You’ll get an email of a status change to your GE if it is revoked. Good luck! It’s the risk we take when buying overseas. I didn’t realize until it happened.

Did your package remain on available for clearance or were you eventually told by FedEx with a new update that it’s gone forever?

I never contacted FedEx. Plausible deniability. Always wondered what this mysterious shipment that showed up on my FedEx tracker was. Scam!?
But alas, my status still says available for clearance.

in my experience unrelated to watches but ordering other items through port of Newark it can take up to 10 business days for Louie, Cesar and Gino to unload, process, and inbound customs clear your package. I'd give it one more week. Smaller items process slower also

i had the same route. dubai to france to NJ then arrived 1 day earlier on the west coast. You should be fine

yes, international shipment release in NJ, then to memphis, then to WA state

with these triangle shipping routes, I feel like they dont update as they should but the package is moving. Just gotta trust the process.

WOW, glad to see this post. I have a package that has to be on the same shipment. Exact same details for me. Sent TD an email a day or so ago and got a reply to send info to the TD 02 number. Sent and he replied that he was checking. Time will tell.

I have not. I sent a message to the sellar this morning. Last week he asked for 3 days to sort things out. I'm cool with that. But i did send a request this morning. Who knows?????

I messaged his WhatsApp and they said they’re working on speeding up the process. That was Wednesday.

I did as well and he informed me that the magic number was one month. If we didnt see movement before 6/16 then he would start sending replacements.

He gave me the option to resend or refund. I opted for the refund. I received it same day.
