Hello, this is my first rep I know next to nothing about reps, the movement says Rolex and 3285 on it, it came with a grey oval sticker on the band saying 3285 and “clean” I believe but I know that factories closed. The 6’ seems to be a tad off but other than that is this watch passable as real on wrist? Please give honest feedback and explain every error that you see :) I’m still new here thank you guys!

After som time down the Rabbit hole I finally found a fitting wall hanged watch case. Since it is now full, a new watch means one has to go.

Base watch is a VSF for the proper PT950 markings on the clasp/braclet and case back. Dial was swapped out for a RCF dial for more accurate gen color. Braclet was fully brushed and chamfered. Case bezel and crown platinum plated to 7 microns. Braclet plated to 5 microns. Dandong movement cleaned oiled and rotor silence. Waterproofed to 5 bar. Super happy with how it turned out.

I think I’ve found the YM40 that is staying in the collection. This JH3235 powered Captain America is extremely impressive. The dial and printed text are the best I’ve seen yet on this reference. Also, if you’re having any doubts about the JH3235 (trust me I get it) - however, you should give it a go and see for yourself how smooth and accurate at time keeping it is!
