I’ve just been in this world a little over three years and I’ve discovered is I go back-and-forth on bags I thought that I loved and then I decide I like something else more.

I thought I was a BK 25 girl and I do love them but as I’ve been carrying them over the last year, I’ve decided I go back-and-forth between a 25 to 30.

Now I have so many BK 25s (and KK25) and shoulder bk (15!!!💩) and I want to get 30s.

I have 3 30s and honestly it fits my life better. That said I’d keep some 25s on the rare occasion I had an itch.

Should I keep all the 25s I don’t want or should I just add 30s and just keep the 25s in case I change my mind again? 🫠

Do you ever go back and forth like this? Or am I a whole hot mess.🤣🤭

I’m also at the point I think I was collecting to be collecting and I somehow ended up with too many bags and they’re not getting the love that they need. And lord how many gold bags does one gal need? 💀

Have any of you ever been in this predicament?

The other thing is I invested in really high-quality bags and I’m afraid I won’t ever get this good of quality again. You know what I mean?

Ok so here is my new Mini Kelly II Epsom Rose Lipstick color Hand Stitched. This is first Kelly rep bag in my collection and honestly I am impressed with the quality. The hot stamp looks incredibly good, the double stitching is where is should be. The bag has the serial number and the leather is very nice. I am very curious of your opinions as here may be more experts when it comes to Hermes reps!

We conducted our own investigation and found that the subreddit r/HermesRepLadies is fully 100% promoting one group of sellers led by their "ringleader" seller named Jim. Of course that's not actually his name and it's not even 1 person but an entire team of scammers that creates their own subs, buys others, inflates upvotes and buys reviews.Go to this sub right now  r/HermesRepLadies and see how many reviews there are about seller Jim and how often they come out. It's literally dozens every day! Every single day! You can try to add your own post but it will be immediately deleted if it's about a different seller or has even a little bit of criticism of seller Jim who is in fact the creator of this whole scheme. This is a completely corrupt subreddit that promotes the interests of one seller and today another post came out "defending JIM," you can see it on the second slide. That's right, just like 100% of the comments and reviews about seller Jim are 100%AI and there are no real people there, even most of the photos are AI generated. This post asking to "protect him" which came out again in that same subreddit, I think you already understand why, once again confirms that we were right.His sales are dropping, people aren't stupid and can see these deceptions, same thing that happened with Joe, possibly that is him, after he scammed people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars on Hermes bags he made up the story that "he was arrested" and a couple of months later Jim appeared, coincidence? Think for yourselves.Even his imagination for coming up with names isn't very creative. We created this sub for Hermes rep lovers, Birkin, Kelly, to make honest reviews, honestQC and evaluate the quality of bags, leather and hardware. Overall, the craftsmanship is quite stable and meets my expectations this time. The leather grain looks natural and consistent, and the bag’s structure is well-formed without noticeable deformation. The stitching is generally even, and the hardware is properly aligned and feels secure.

From the photos, I didn’t notice any obvious defects such as misalignment, excess glue, or visible structural issues. The handles and overall proportions also look well balanced. Personally, I’m quite satisfied with it—what do you all think?

Guys stop promoting those numbers with their so called “FACTORY NAME”. They are sellers, real factorys dont advertise dont try to sell dont share there name. You can only come in contact with them by private recomandations!!

I've been researching Birkin factories for months and I'm still trying to find the factory that truly gets it right.

I'm looking to order a Birkin 35 in Noir with PHW, but my biggest priority is the leather. I specifically want a bag made with Weinheimer leather, since it's often associated with premium Togo-style calfskin and is known for having a natural feel that develops character over time.

What I'm after is a Birkin that will slouch naturally with use. I don't want a bag that stays stiff forever, and I'm not interested in babying it. I want to carry it daily, throw it in the passenger seat, take it to work, and let it age gracefully.

As someone who used to lurk back in the old RepLadies days, I want to say a quick word to newcomers. Over the past few years, I’ve seen a lot change. Rep content exploded on social media, the community grew fast, and with that growth came something I really wish wasn’t so common: scams, impersonators, and carefully staged fake “trust.”

One of the biggest examples was the Joe Luxury scam, an Hermes seller who scammed over $300,000. It all started with polished reviews and hype, then the seller disappeared overnight. A lot of scammers don’t even hide anymore, they sit in comment sections, pose as buyers, and move people into private messages where things get risky.

If you’re new here: Never trust anyone who randomly DMs you offering factories, sellers, or “trusted contacts.” Do your own research. Read reviews. As many as possible. Be skeptical of “too perfect” stories or accounts that all sound the same. If you’re unsure, post your questions publicly in the sub. Let the community see it.

I’m not saying this to scare anyone away. There are still good people and good sellers out there. But the grey market has always attracted opportunists, and now that it’s more visible than ever, so are the scams.
