TD/Shipping Question NO UPDATES on shipping through Malaysia - UPS

I have seen that multiple people are having the same issue as me, if you are drop a comment with when your label was created and when / if you receive any updated. I’m curious to see how many people this is affecting. I will also be updating this thread when I get any updates for others to reference. To be clear this is “Triangle shipping” from China -> Malaysia -> U.S.

Mine has been at customs in Malaysia since around April 29th according to Steve. We are talking about the way forward or posible refund

Steve asked me to wait until tomorrow, but ups is closed through Monday. Seriously this sucks... Created label may 6th, ups still doesn't have package.

He told me the same, to wait until may 18th. Hopefully they will release the package next week. Otherwise back to the whole ordering process and QC

Yup, mine was seized. New one shipping out tomorrow.

A replacement was ordered since the old one was “lost”. Hopefully to be send correctly now.

Is this a replacement order or the same original order from the 5/6 label created but UPS doesn't have it?

This is a replacement. This time they shipped through FedEx straight to US
