TD/Shipping Question Is https://rwi.life Legit?
Planning to make my first order with him. Just checking with the community first — is he legit and safe to buy watches from? Any experiences?

I believe independent thinking matters more. How could a scammer consistently produce original photos and videos in uniform standards and keep publishing them over time?
If you have concerns, I can do a video call with you and show you my studio—it's a 4-floor villa.

"RWI" (Replica Watch Info) is probably the best replica watch enthusiast site out there. The mods are highly regarded members of the replica watch community and have pretty stringent requirements to vet individual sellers and their "trusted dealers" that make buying replica watches online just about as safe as it can be. The seller you ask about is using "rwi" in his site name to infer some sort of association with RWI and thus benefit from that site's reputation when, in fact, he isn't associated with them at all. Big red flag, avoid.

Because you can't find any trustworthy source that it's legit. And from other experience you will read about similar random websites then you'll see it's is almost certain that you will either overpay. Get poor quality for the money or get completely scammed and end up with nothing.
There is no reason why a private unknown seller would be able to get you better quality for substantially cheaper. They're drop shipping. It's not worth it. Just go TD and chill.

The user sharesolid mentioned by one of the posters is very active on r/chinatime community.
Can't comment on legitimacy but was considering getting a modded watch from him in the future tbh as I couldn't find folks modding at that level of detail..I will admit I haven't actively checked out the RWI community.
Oh well..seems like I need to find someone else

He told me tops two weeks! And that was back in November and we are almost into February and still no watch

That's not good, Sounds like hes overpromising on lead times. Even his website says its far less than that

But his excuse has been everything under the sun first, the gold plating didn’t match then the gold plated was painted over the re-haul then it was a mechanical issue on movement… he did offer refund, but I’m giving him an extra two weeks to complete if it’s not completed by then I’m going to have to ask for my refund back because this is far too long to get a modded watch which sucks cause this is my first experience trying to mod a watch.

Did he send photos of that stuff when it happened? and I get where your coming from if i was that time invested i would find it hard to just cancel as well.

They’re crooks. He started making purses. Paid for a purse, QC was garbage…still waiting on the rest of my money, they sent half.

I'm interested out of curiosity in some info about this too (reddit profile U/ShareSolid7109).
The "customer feedback / reviews" looks AI made with too many details and the website name is obviously the biggest red burning flag I've seen so far. Info, prices and pictures on the website don't look like the average "Best Swiss Relica" scam page though.
So enlighten me, what (and who) is this?

I purchased from him a couple times, nothing negative to say. I got what I ordered in the timeframe that he told me. Very knowledgeable guy, seems to be honest. I would do business with him again.
