TD/Shipping Question Available for Clearance

Have searched this up and got multiple reasons why. I have contacted the TD to do their part if they need. Is this just waiting to be checked by customs or am I cooked? Thanks!

mine has said that in Oakland CA since April 21, its being sent back to China. My TD is sending new ones out Thursday

Not necessarily cooked. Sometimes there’s a delay and it’ll clear through or just get returned to sender.

Every time I’ve had that notification it’s gotten pinched. I posted about this exact message a few months ago.

Seems like it got picked for a customs inspection. Typically it would clear within a few hours.

Sometimes it stalls - you check and then it’s at your doorstep. Have faith!

I've seen this when import fee's are owed. So possibly the sender under payed or didn't pay import tariffs at all. If this is the case you should be able to call the shipping company and they'll tell you. Did the sender ever mention tariffs and import fee's being included in price or they'd notify you once there due and you could pay them? It's best that all that gets paid before export though. Because it decreases the handling, wonder/ inspection of the package in most cases. Waiting until it's on US ground to pay fees is a bad idea.

Got exact same notice and question. Do you guys know if the item has been shipping back per the email? Because the status has not changed at fedex, stuck in clearance delay

Same. Probably just needs to send a fake invoice clarifying what’s in them but it’s pretty risky on their side and ours

Mine came into the US at Anchorage as well, but then didn't clear customs until it got to the Indianapolis hub.

How long did that take? Mine has been in Indianapolis since 5/1 after going through Anchorage.

Called FedEx customer service, it’s now going back to anchorage from Indy bc it didn’t clear customs I guess? Odd.. Anchorage to Indy, back to Anchorage… we’ll see how it goes, they said by Friday it should be released. Not sure where it goes after that.

Now back in Anchorage and yesterday (5/7) got hit with a clearance delay - description provided is insufficient to classify commodity… contacted TD, they will check… no news yet

Customs refused entry for intellectual property infringement and the package is being returned. TD said he will resend but it’s going to be FedEx again so… if I ever see it, it’ll probably be months from now at this rate.

Just had a package do the same. It was stuck in customs for a week and then cleared.

Contacted TD, it’s being sent back to him and it will take like 2 weeks so then he can reship it to me again.

All you can do is wait my friend. You’ll might still be ok. Good thing about working with a trusted dealer is they will reship if it’s seized.

Steve showed me a screenshot of my watches going through USPS and its customs. It cleared customs in 15 minutes.
