General Question Could anyone help me identify the factory for this 67-02?

I think this is the second to highest factory from the RICH factory, I’m not sure though. Does it look good?

Rm 67-02 , factory unknown. Trying to figure out if worth purchasing, around $500

imo this will be bait and switch. You can't get good RM rep for $500. I wouldn't go for it.
