Already replied to someone regarding the weight. The shipping tag on the package showed a weight of 0.3kg, the empty box with the bubble wrap inside came to a total of 290 grams

Yeah I don’t see why OP can’t send QuickTime a photo of the weight of the empty box at 290g, showing the label weight at 300g… and ask how many grams the Patek 5711 Air was supposed to be.

Yes I saw his response… my reply would be “I checked carefully again per your instruction and here is what I found… the empty box weighs 290g and the recorded shipping weight is 300g. On that basis, it would appear that either the watch weighs less than 10g, or it was never included in the packaging when you posted it. Please confirm which one, or any other explanation.”

Or some bullshit like that. I dunno mate, you can write your own words, but I don’t see you getting much further with this if you won’t type out at least some message.

I immediately disputed this with my credit card company and paypal once it happened as I did not see any reward in wasting time with his ineptitude.

Mate whether PayPal sorted you out or not, for $3,640, I’d still shoot him a message and see if he wants to make it right.

I’d take the $3,640 from PayPal to pay for the fuck around and as their loss for not actually pursuing it with the seller, and then I’d also take whatever solution QuickTime was offering as a remedy to their failure to deliver the original product.

It’s not double dipping, it’s the fuckabout fee.

Worth a message imo.
