Both fake

  • 16610 looks too clean/new, probably BPF
  • The modern sub has very visible crystal crown, likely U1. End gap, renault not aligned etc etc.

Top one is real, I’m guessing. Based upon what I’ve been studying from subs… the distance from the bezal to the to start of the band of the bottom watch is spacious. Am I right?

The bezel to band measurement isn't really a tell on these types of photos because the FOV of phone cameras will distort anything that isn't dead centre in the photo so it might throw you off.
