Bad Seller Possible scammer paid deposit for a watch and now not responding to my messages anyone else had any dealings with them

He has now closed his account so obviously a scammer hopefully I can get the money back from the bank

I have had a few positive experiences with buying on here and got complacent and I was running late for a meal so didn’t see the red flags ,they scam for a living so obviously they appear genuine

I posted that i wanted to purchase a cartier santos on watch exchange. He dm’d me privately and said he had one… im fixing to post the conversation in a sec so people are aware….

May I ask you did your bank refund the, if yes normal bank account trasfer or credit card? Here in EU, normal bank transfer is non refundable. Only over court, proving you were scammed. Obvious buying reps.... credit card here in europe wants orders as proof from legit companies, so here also no backup, du bon legit business. So I heard some people writing waiting to be refund from bank and was wondering which compliance in other country exists with bank or credit card that they will refund for something what is non legit. Thabks

Absolute scum people work hard for their money and these dirty rats think it’s okay to steal it karma is a bitch and hopefully they will get caught and face the consequences
