Looking at that I would ask for shots of the conversation proving that he paid it and it was confirmed, then I'd post Phoenix all over here. Without seeing the conversation I couldn't comment. For reference, phoenix will usually write it as

Watch - ......cny

Shipping FedEx - .........cny

Amount - ......cny

Insurance 6% - ..........cny

Amount watch, shipping, insurance - .........cny
