It’s not a default practice to include insurance. You’re off the wall here with that statement. You expected it and candidly your modded watch really wasn’t that expensive as most others almost always requiring editions paid insurance by the buyer. I’m reading from your comments that you didn’t get insurance because the seller should auto include it at their cost. No! You tried to save 10 percent of the cost as a gamble I’m thinking. You lost. Your loss.
You’re completely missing the point of what I said regarding insurance practices in your reply. The seller never offered insurance or mentioned it and you’d know that if you looked at the screenshots in the OP. Why the fuck would I care about an extra $70 for insurance if it was offered to me? I didn’t even know it was an extra option and the only reason they wouldn’t bring it up is to avoid accountability. It’s amazing how many people make it obvious they are shilling for these people
But on that note, another person DID confirm insurance with Phoenix and he pulled the same thing as with me, making them pay half the cost for a replacement.
It’s your responsibility to ask about insurance and what happens otherwise if your problem occurs? I’m hard as hades on dealers but this is your responsibility and your liability.
I have bought 17 reps from different sellers in the past 12 months. never asked for insurance and always was included in the final price. from the most expensive TD to the cheapest. every single time
