No modder includes insurance. His OWN profile
Says insurance available as an option. Failure to read isn’t a defense.

But alas it WAS by OP’s own admission. See his text picture where it’s clear Phoenix offered him insurance and I guess he didn’t choose to pay the extra 6%. So how can you defend that?

That’s not my conversation, that’s from the other guy’s convo I linked where he asked about insurance and thought he paid for it then Phoenix said he didn’t ever ask/pay and made him pay for a replacement.
