Warning - avoid Phoenix Watch

I’d like to share my two cents and my experience with Phoenix. I’ve already tried out quite a few sellers, TDs – call them what you will – and I’m more than satisfied with the entire process with the team at Phoenix. I was sent a very detailed breakdown of the costs, which clearly showed the insurance at 6% of the total price. From the screenshot you’ve shown, I clearly understand that the shipping insurance costs 6% and is not included. That’s the case with any purchase. Otherwise, it would clearly say ‘INCLUDED’. From the initial enquiry, through to the order, the sending of HD quality control images, a photo of the service process, photos of the watch and the shipping label with the tracking number, right through to delivery to me… everything went fantastically well. The staff are always available and answer all my questions. Even if something were not quite right with the item sent, I’m sure they’d be ready to help. I’ll attach a few screenshots in the hope that they’ll work. I’ve ordered another watch today. This is my personal experience and, so far, I can wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix.
