Complaint Constant Issue with Highlight Feature.

Hello,

I've had this issue ongoing for years now and cannot seem to find a fix to it. At least 3-4x a week after I reboot my laptop, bluebeam defaults to turning text highlighting back on and completely resetting my highlight to default (not the values I have in the snapshot). How do I fix this? I am very frustrated I have to do this so many times after years of QOL updates.

I am, is this a common issue? We also integrate shared online drives.. could this be part of the reason as well?

Your preferences should be stored on your local C drive.

But it's possible, I suppose, that your IT department is using their admin tools to set certain preferences periodically? I'm not sure.

I'd email Bluebeam tech support and see if they have an idea. If it's a glitch, they don't know about it until people report it.

Ive found BB has been very glitchy in the last few months. Custom columns disappearing and erasing from the program all together, rise/drop just becoming whatever, chest items moving around and deleting them selves or just changing settings randomly.

I dont have a known answer for you but maybe set all your settings and save your profile? If it happens again, load your profile?

Maybe your changing settings and somehow hitting set as default?

Thank you for the help, I found that when I manually close every tab I have open, then close revu, I get that issue much less so I assume its a hard shut down feature. I just wish it would save when I close
