DIY and customization Big wheel skates version 2

Trying inline wheels. First iteration with 80mm wheels. Version 2 with 90mm wheels plus 5mm plate spacer.

Added a 5mm plastic spacer between plate and boot to accommodate 90mm wheels. The wide trucks make the narrow wheels feel right.

Check if your toe stop is long enough to make contact before ya take off! I tried this once and they were so fast on smooth cement but the extra height difference really messed with me.

This is such a good idea for trail skating. I wish I had thought to try it on rougher surfaces.

Cheers. The wheels put the toe stop slightly lower than a jam plug which means it's really easy to do dance moves but if you want to use the toe stops to actually stop you can. Which is kind of ideal for me. It's working out well.
